With over two decades of experience as a Microsoft consultant, I specialize in solutions architecture and consultancy, based in Houston, Texas. I offer consulting services, focusing on custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions amongst others like Teams and Exchange, that enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

A highlight of my recent work includes leading a significant SharePoint migration project at tSwRI (Project #30). In this project, I successfully managed and executed the transition of 1.5TB of data across various organizational divisions, showcasing my ability to handle complex, large-scale IT challenges effectively.

With over 20 years of experience in Microsoft consultancy, I am a Principal Solutions Consultant, leading web based development and SharePoint solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. I hold multiple certifications from Microsoft, including MCP, MCITP, MCTS, and MCPD, as well as a Small Business Certification from the US Small Business Administration and a PMP Course completion certification from the Project Management Institute.
My core competencies include leading web development, SharePoint and Power Platform project initiatives, architecting and developing enterprise web-based solutions, deploying and customizing off-the-shelf Microsoft products and related technologies, and optimizing corporate costs and collaboration.
I have successfully delivered over 30 of projects for Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, with several exceeding the $1-3M range, using technologies such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Azure Enterprise applications. I've worn many hats throughout my career, from Solutions Architect and Developer to Delivery Manager and Technical Lead, but a common thread has been my unwavering commitment to excellence.

One of my most notable areas of expertise lies in mastering the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem. I've successfully overseen comprehensive migrations, including the transition of a mammoth 1.5TB SharePoint environment. This wasn't just a data transfer; it was a complete overhaul of how an organization communicated, collaborated, and managed information. I've also dipped my toes into cutting-edge technologies like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, deploying enterprise-level applications that have redefined operational efficiency.
