Executive Summary

At Chrysler, I took the reins to develop their Project Management Office (PMO) solution, leveraging SharePoint and Project Server. This project was high-stakes, given the sprawling nature of the existing infrastructure. I collaborated intensively with Chrysler's Infrastructure leads to expand the SharePoint farms, dealing with a mammoth 100+ server configuration. Post-initial delivery, I was brought back for further development and enhancements, confirming both the project’s success and my expertise.

Project Description

My arsenal of tools for this project was robust, ranging from SharePoint and Project Server to ASP.NET and JavaScript. These tools were essential in navigating the complex, multi-server landscape. Additionally, my prowess in troubleshooting key web services was critical for smooth internal operations. On top of this, I had the unique task of designing interactive online training modules for the PMO solution, working closely with business stakeholders.

Task/Challenge

The immediate challenge was establishing a PMO solution in an already complex and extensive server environment. Adding new SharePoint farms and troubleshooting essential web services across 100+ servers was no small feat. My role extended beyond just problem-solving; I had to think long-term, ensuring that the solution was both scalable and sustainable.

Solution

Led by a spirit of collaboration and technical acumen, I successfully augmented existing SharePoint farms and optimized key web services. The project didn't just stop at initial deployment; I was called back to make further improvements, testifying to my commitment to delivering high-quality, enduring solutions.
