Project Description

At K2 Workflow in Chicago, I functioned as a Technical Specialist, acting as the strategic bridge between business and tech stakeholders. My main goal was to design and implement SharePoint solutions that would contribute to the expansion of the Chicago branch. I wore several hats, from leading technical Strategy Briefings and Architecture Design Sessions to executing multiple SharePoint and K2 Workflow PoCs. My role required me to engage extensively with enterprise clients to define their key business processes and propose tailored solution architectures. Technologies I tapped into include SharePoint, K2 Workflows, and data modeling tools.

Task/Challenge

The challenge was to drive the expansion of the Chicago branch by crafting SharePoint solutions that satisfied both business and technical needs. This required strategic briefings, architectural designs, and successful PoCs to validate the solutions we were providing.

Solution

I navigated this challenge by conducting targeted Strategy Briefings and Architecture Design Sessions that harmonized technical and business goals. This approach led to the successful setup of multiple PoCs for SharePoint and K2 Workflows, achieving high client satisfaction rates and contributing to the expansion of K2 Workflow’s Chicago branch.
